Latest Food Prices in Jambi: Chicken Price Up, Onion Price Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (6/6/2024) at 14.01 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are simple packaged cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, red chilies, mackerel, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, shallots, chicken eggs, skipjack tuna, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp430 (1.28%) to Rp33,910 per kg. Shallots had the lowest price decrease of Rp1,490 (3.71%) to Rp38,630 per kg.
