Lampung Food Price Update Today: Salt and Onion Prices Down (Friday, March 15, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (15/3/2024) at 13.32 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are pure beef, garlic bulbs, broiler chicken, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean seeds (import), bulk cooking oil, granulated sugar, farmer-level corn, and red chilies have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Garlic bulbs saw the highest price increase of Rp850 (2.36%) to Rp36,880 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp1,490 (20.78%) to Rp5,680 per kg.
