Household spending on spices in Purbalingga Regency in 2023 was Rp2,385.89 per capita per week. This figure is higher than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp2,284.11 per capita per week.

Per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, divided by the number of household members. This expenditure can be categorized into two parts: food and non-food needs.
